Week 3: Day 1: Fit Test

Switch Kicks: 48/ -2
Power Jacks: 62/ +12
Power Knees: 24/ +13
Globe Jumps: 10/ +3
Suicides: 12/ -3
Push Ups Jacks: 25/ +8
Obliques: 26/ +8

Made progress in mostly all exercises except 2.. I didn't have a rest day beforehand (like I should have).. Nonetheless NO EXCUSES
