Week 3: Day 1: Fit Test

Switch Kicks: 48/ -2
Power Jacks: 62/ +12
Power Knees: 24/ +13
Globe Jumps: 10/ +3
Suicides: 12/ -3
Push Ups Jacks: 25/ +8
Obliques: 26/ +8

Made progress in mostly all exercises except 2.. I didn't have a rest day beforehand (like I should have).. Nonetheless NO EXCUSES

Week 2: Day 1

So happy I've made it into week 2.. After the rest day I did not Want to start again.. But this personal blog has been making me keep up.. I feel like I can't let myself down.. Or the people who will eventually read the blog once it's public .. I do see some slight definition. In my abs now. Progress

Week 1: Day 5 Pure Cardio

This was intense.. Non stop cardio with only a few water breaks... I broke a sweat hard lol

End up Doing today's session late because I watch my Noles in their ACC opener against Wake Forest. Go Noles!!

Week 1: Day 4 Cardio Recovery

Today was all about recovering and stressing.. A few plank and upper body exercises helped to building power while not exerting too much energy.. Though I know tomorrow will be insane it's called "Pure Cardio"

Much better than yesterday.. I feel my cardio building up a little since day 1..

The triceps exercises hurt like hell since I worked my tris on Tuesday but I can manage.. I just need to dig deeper

I surprised myself. The glove jumps and power jumps were kicking my ass but I held up
